How long after ordering before I will receive my hammock?
All lines are kept in stock, unless indicated on the website at time of ordering. Your order will be processed on the day you placed it. If your order is received before 2pm it will be sent out that day. We use First Class Post within the UK, which means you will possibly receive it the following morning , if not then within 2 working days. Delivery to Europe is by the postal service and takes between 3 to 5 days. Delivery to the rest of the world is by postal service and takes approximately 7 days. It is a signed for delivery, so if you are not at the delivery address to receive it, you will have to go to your local collection office.
How does the hammock hang?
You will have to locate 2 fixing points; either two trees, two structural brick/masonry walls, or two wooden beams/posts. On the website there is a section on how to hang your hammock, with two pdf files which you can download onto your computer; masonry fixing tips and wood fixing tips. Each hammock comes with a small booklet which gives a photographic step-by-step guide to hooking your hammock onto its fixing ropes. |
